How To Work With Us?

There are lots of new customers from our website, they don’t know how to work with us for the first time cooperation. Here explain the workflow we will work.

Have Design Drawing

  • Please send us your drawings for price quoting.
  •  We will check the design & quote the prices.
  • Discuss the price and make a  deal.
  •  You place us an order, and we will prepare PI for you to do the deposit payment.
  •  We will prepare DFM report to show mold details.
  • We design the mold and start to make the mold then.
  • When mold finished, we will arrange to do the samples.
  • We will send you the samples with FAI report.
  • If sample approval, we will parepre PI for mold balance payment.
  • If samples are not OK, we will modify the mold and re-test the samples until approval.
  • You place production order, and we will start to do the mass proudction.i

  •  If the 3D drawings are OK, We will prepare DFM report to show mold details.
  • We design the mold and start to make the mold then.
  • When mold finished, we will arrange to do the samples.
  • We will send you the samples with FAI report.
  • If sample approval, we will parepre PI for mold balance payment.
