A: Our business includes automotive parts, medical parts, electronic parts, sport parts, plastic toy parts, and so on. We also can custom double-color molds, over molds, insert molds, and all kinds of plastic prototypes.
Q: How about the tolerance?
A: Mold tolerance is 0.01 mm, Product tolerance is 0.025mm.
Q: What format design drawing file you need?
A: 2D (dwg /dxf /pdf/jpg) 3d (Stp, Igs, or X_t format)
Q: What we should do if we don’t have the design drawing?
A: Please send your sample to our factory for our reference or send your draft with detailed dimensions and the weight of the part.
Q: How long does a quotation take?
A: Usually, we will provide our quotation within 24 hours after receiving your RFQ.
Q: How do I know if the injection molding is suitable for my product?
A: The geometry of the part, the amount of the part needed, your tooling budget and the application the part is being used for will all influence your decision to injection mold the part.
Q: What material should I use for my project?
A: Most material is application-specific. If you have no ideas on the material for your application, we can help and offer some guidance. Often several resins can be sampled, but the customer has final approval before proceeding.
Q: How long does it take to build an injection mold?
A: It depends on the structure of the parts & mold sizes. Simple molds can be offered T1 samples for about one month.
Q: Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?
A: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly progress report with digital pictures or videos which show the machining progress.
Q: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
A: Of course, We can sign NDA and never release it to the third party without your permission.
Q: What payment term for mold and molding production?
A1: Mold payment terms: 40% deposit with order, 40% at T0 testing, 20% before shipping the mold.
A2: Production payment terms: 50% deposit with order, the balance before delivery.
